Im from Brazil and make a Projector with psone screen, but i use small focus frensel and triplets:
 
Fresnel 1 and 2: 160mm
Triplet Fix 180mm
 
I have used a Plastic tool box it is small, compact and easy to move for all location
 

 
Sizes:
(L) 40,5 X (P) 21,5 X (A) 17,5 cm
 
List of itens used:
 
- Lamp hqi 150w + trafo e inginitor interno
- Refletor de vidro espelhado DiyShop
- Condensadora 88.9mm  DiyShop
- Triplet 180mm  DiyShop
- Fresnels  DiyShop
- Lcd Psone 5"
- 2 coolers 80mm (penso em botar outro, mas os 2 estão numa boa já assisti um filme todo e nao esquentou d+ não)
- Fonte 12v 1A para os 2 coolers e o led perto da triplet
- Fonte 7.5v 2A para o lcd
- Trafo 220-110v para a fonte do psone
- Trafo interno de hqi 150w mais ingnitor
- 3 botoes: liga (led + coolers), lamp e psone
- Rca in
- Cabo de força
- Espelho de uno lado esquerdo
- Fios, parafusos, abraçadeiras e cola-quente
